The location was very convenient (I really liked the direct access to the mall). The staff provided great service, helping with check-in and check-out processes. The breakfast had a decent selection of food. I found the room spacious and the lighting better than other branches.

the quiet ambiance and comfortable bed ensured i had a good sleep. it was great to have such a rich breakfast with so many options. the hotel is near a huge mall. ms. riza was helpful with answering all my questions.

The staff were friendly enough, I suppose.
The room size was definitely smaller than I expected. I was practically tripping over my luggage the whole time and felt claustrophobic. Honestly, I've seen closets bigger than the space they called a room.

The hotel's proximity to the sm mall was convenient. the rooms were spacious and excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here. the bed was very comfortable. breakfast offered an excellent array of food and easily satisfied my hunger.
i found that the gym had limited facilities. this could be improved to offer a better workout experience . i think additional equipment would greatly enhance the space.
